Mr. D.M.S. Dissanayaka
Founder & The Chairman
As the Founder and Chairman of E-Zone Group, DMS Dissanayaka has played a pivotal role in defining the company’s long-term vision and strategic direction. A true Sri Lankan Entrepreneur, he built the organization from the ground up through resilience, innovation, and strong leadership since its inception in 2011.
Driven by a deep passion for sustainable energy and supported by his industry knowledge, he established E-Zone Green Energy, which rapidly grew into a trusted and respected name in Sri Lanka’s solar sector. Under his visionary leadership, the company expanded its operations beyond renewable energy, giving rise to E-Zone Investment, E-Tech Lanka Engineering, E-Zone Export, and E-Zone Health Product transforming E-Zone into a diversified and dynamic business group.
Through his unwavering commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability, he has guided E-Zone Group to become a leader in solar energy solutions, investment opportunities, vocational training, product development, and eco-friendly wellness solutions. His strategic foresight and ability to explore new sectors have been central to the group’s long-term growth and competitive strength.
Beyond business leadership, DMS Dissanayaka is dedicated to empowering communities. He actively promotes clean energy adoption, supports young entrepreneurs, advances vocational training initiatives, and helps local manufacturers gain international exposure. Mr. Dilan Liyanage
Chief Executive Officer (MBA - Cardiff Met.UK)
With over 23 years of experience in Banking, Finance, Real Estate, and Solar Power, Dilan Liyanage brings
extensive expertise and strategic leadership to E-Zone Group. As CEO, he oversees the operations,
growth, and strategic initiatives of all five companies: E-Zone Green Energy, E-Zone Investment, E-Tech
Lanka Engineering, E-Zone Export, and E-Zone Health Product.
